San Telmo     review

This neighbourhood is little Paris of the city. Charming cafes line the narrow streets with the low-story colonial housing. On Sunday the "feria de San Telmo" (antiques market) takes place on Plaza Dorrego. You'll see the local’s kids performing tricks, but you will also find mimes, musicians and tango.
